Battery Chargers

Over the past few years numerous electrical and electronic items have been incorporated / added to vehicles – some for safety reasons / some for driver convenience.

All of these items have put a greater and greater strain on the battery supply resulting in flat batteries or difficulty in starting.

This range of Battery Chargers has been designed to overcome these problems by charging a separate set of batteries (“leisure batteries / secondary batteries”) for 12V vehicles.

A Low Power Control Wire has been included to Stop and Start the Charger, reducing the need for High Current On / Off Switches. This wire also senses the input voltage.

There is 0.1V of hysteresis to prevent spurious switching.
